What it does
Written for WooCommerce, without third-party ballast: the same behaviour, fewer queries.
Trendyol Sync stops the manual work in the panel. It reads your catalogue and the Trendyol catalogue and says in numbers what matches, what exists only in your shop, what exists only on Trendyol, and how many listings stay archived because they are missing a price or stock. It then sends price and stock in batches. Three things make the difference: it also matches on the model code when the barcode differs, it catches the archived listings that silently drop price and stock, and it reads back the result of every batch, so the errors per product show instead of hiding.

Setup guide
Trendyol is one of the biggest sales channels for Greek shops, but prices and stock are usually updated by hand and the mistakes show up at the end, when the shop rating drops. The plugin compares the two catalogues, tells you in numbers what matches, what is missing and what is kept inactive, and then sends price and stock. It is aimed at shops with a seller account that want to stop updating manually.

Get the seller account keys
The keys are shown in the seller panel, together with the seller number. Every country has its own keys, so take the keys of the country you want to sell in and not those of another account of yours. Copy them somewhere without spaces, because an invisible leading space or a lowercase letter instead of a capital causes an error that does not explain why. If the keys were ever shared, request new ones before you start.

Declare the shop country
In the settings enter the seller number, the key and the secret, and choose the country. The country is not a cosmetic setting: it decides which environment you send data to and which price and tax rules apply to your listings. If you send data with the keys of another country, the call goes through without an error but the listings are not updated, and that is the hardest mistake to track down later.

Run the inventory and read the numbers
Open the inventory that compares the two catalogues and see how many products match, how many exist only in the shop, how many only on Trendyol and how many are archived. Before sending anything, look at which products have no price or stock, because an out-of-stock product sent as zero can hide a listing that was working well. Keep the inventory numbers, because you will compare them after the first send.

Fix matches by SKU or model code
Products that did not match stay out of every send, so look at why first. Usually the SKU on Trendyol differs from the shop SKU, and that is where the second matching field, the model code, helps. With variants, every size or colour must match separately, otherwise the same stock is shared across several listings and the product sells twice, ending in a cancellation and a penalty.

Send a small batch and read the result
Start with a few products and not with the whole catalogue, so you see the result on a sample you can check by eye. Open the batch result read, which shows what went through and the reason for each failure, then send the rest. If all products fail together, the problem is in the keys or the country and not in the products, so do not ruin their fields looking for the wrong cause.

Turn on automatic sync and close the blind spots
Once the manual send works, enable automatic sync at the interval you want and make sure it sends only what changed, so it does not load the shop. Remember that archived listings silently ignore price and stock: if you see a product that is never updated, first check whether it is archived on Trendyol. Also set a monthly check of the failures, because the problem usually starts with a few products and then spreads across the whole category.
Common mistakes
- Keys from another country. The calls go through, the listings are not updated and the mistake shows nowhere.
- Sending the entire catalogue in bulk on the first try. Thousands of lines fail together and the reason is lost.
- Archived listings on Trendyol that ignore price and stock without showing it. Check the listing status before looking elsewhere.
- Variants sent as one product. The stock is shared and the product sells twice.
