All prices are shown including 24% VAT. For purchases on invoice, the business details are collected at checkout. By completing the purchase you accept these terms and consent to the immediate delivery of the digital product, which means you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal.

1. Suite License Agreement

Acquiring the MyWooAIO Suite grants the legitimate owner a Unique License Key (Cryptographic License) which:

Is strictly bound to the one (1) final e-commerce domain (WooCommerce) that you declare.
Cannot be transferred to a secondary domain (e.g., from myshop.gr to anothershop.gr) without contacting support.
Provides lifetime access to Modules and Updates only for the designated e-commerce store.

2. Intellectual Property

The source code of the Plugins, the Dashboard, and their digital design belong exclusively to the MyWooAIO developer team. The reselling, reproduction, or distribution of the zipped files (.zip) and Dashboard code (class-mywoo-aio-admin) to third parties without our written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the software product and the instantaneous automated delivery of the code ("download manager"), refunds cannot be accepted once the License Key has been successfully synchronized and activated on your server.

4. Payment Processing via Stripe

Transactions are processed with complete security through the Stripe electronic payment platform. Please note that we do not store, view, or process your full credit or debit card details on our own servers.

5. Modifications

MyWooAIO retains the right to unilaterally modify these terms to harmonize with current legislative framework. Any change will be expressly announced on the site.
